Sarah is an expert in wellness and personal development with 16 years of experience helping people unlock their highest potential. As a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator, she supports clients through 1-1 coaching, group programs, and workshops. 
Sarah has a nursing background and a deep understanding of functional nutrition, somatics, and behaviour design. She is also an international speaker and passionate advocate for transformative change, Sarah believes that by empowering individuals, we can shift the course of global health and mental well-being.
